Member Biography:
Inspired Artisans, founded in 1997 by Gianfranco Tassara, is a family-owned art studio located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With multi-discipline expertise, Inspired Artisans creates both contemporary and traditional custom sculptures, mosaics and stained glass artwork. In 2011, Gianfranco’s son, Gino Tassara, joined the family business. While the company prides itself in its artistic abilities, the Tassaras are equally committed to honoring and translating their clients’ visions into reality. In 2013, the studio was moved from its original location on the south side of Milwaukee to a building in the Near West Side neighborhood near Marquette University.

While we pride ourselves in our artistic abilities, we are committed to active listening as part of the design process, honoring the vision of our clients, respect for critical in-put, acknowledgement of the unique individuality of each project and understanding how art fosters a fuller liturgical experience.

Services and Qualifications

We are an artist studio specializing in the design, creation and restoration of custom artwork.We provide a complete range of services from design to installation. Our artists work with our clients to translate the client’s vision into custom artwork for religious, civic, institutional or educational spaces and their commemorations.

My sacred arts studio is in our 18th year of working with churches and faiths of all denominations to create inspiring worship spaces. Our commissions can be found throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, Italy and Ecuador.
